Battery power is gone

I’m an avid hiker and backpacker. I’ve used the Poseidon Pro for about 16 months. On a recent backpacking trip for 3 days I charged the power bank all the way up the day of and when I went to plug in my phone on the first evening, it was completely dead. When I came back home I charged it back up and plugged my phone into it, and the power pack went dead within a half hour. Something is very wrong with my power pack. It’s unfortunate I had to find out on a backpacking trip.

Not sure if this is a glitch with my specific power pack, or with the model, but is very unacceptable.

I'm pairing this with the solar charger while backpacking in the Utah desert

Compact and convenient

I love the size and how convenient it is to use but I only get one real charge from it. It states 2-3 charges but I'm not getting that. Is it from half dead or quarter of a battery used? I try to run my batteries low before a charge.

solidly built

This thing will take a beating and the bright color is great for when your looking for it. The 3 super fast charging ports claim is false. You get the standard slow charge, not a fast charge, even when using a verified good cable that will fast charge when plugged into a brick and the wall. Its been my experience that at best you get 2 charges (from 15 to 20% on average battery left) before you are down to 1 light left on the battery. The recharge time of this is also pretty long compared to others of this size. Probably about 3 to 4 hours longer. It's a durable product, but for the price, you can get better or at least comparable charging times and recharge times from cheaper brands
