A: Press the Dark Energy logo on the front of the Nano. That’s your power button. Once it’s on, the Nano will stay active while charging a device, then automatically shut off after a short period of inactivity to conserve power.

A: The Poseidon Nano delivers about 50-70% of a full phone charge, depending on your phone’s battery size. It’s built to give you a reliable boost when you need it most.

Q: How come the MagSafe charging won’t work on my phone?

A: To use MagSafe charging, your phone must support MagSafe wireless charging. Most iPhones, iPhone 8 and newer work — but if your case is too thick, made of metal, or not MagSafe-compatible, it can block the connection.

Good backup battery

I’ve had the Poseidon nano for a month now and I’m very happy with it.I keep it with me throughout the day used it a bunch of times when my phone has had close to zero battery and it’s put in over 3/4 charge would have fully charged it if I wanted to . Sticks good to my iPhone and a Good backup to have .

First the product just feels cheap to start with and does not always work. 2) if fully charged it cant even fully charge a phone that is only around 70% battery life. And three the return/exchange policy is horrendously difficult to initiate. I would not recommend this or any other product this company offers.

We are very sorry to hear that you aren't 100% satisfied with the Nano. Depending on your phone, it can be about 40-70% charge (which is typical for a 3,000 mAh battery). It’s designed as an EDC, just enough juice to get you through the end of the day! We do have a 30 day return policy on all of our products as well as a 2 year warranty. Excellent product but it doesn't have the correct power connection for my telephone and the product wont connect wirelessly to my apple telephone either

It won't stick to the Samsung phone. Just has an ever so slight attraction to it.
